Real property ownership. Does not pass, whether between the contracting parties or third parties, except by registration. Article 7 of Decree 5 of 1959. - 100 - Civil Procedure - Registration of a gift contract. Revocation thereof by the deceased donor without completing registration procedures. Its effect. Ownership of the gifted property remains with the donee and does not revert to the donor. - Registration of the judgment rescinding a real property sale contract:-

الملكية العقارية. لا تنتقل سواء فيما بين المتعاقدين أو الغير إلا بالتسجيل. م ٧ من المرسوم ٥ لسنة ١٩٥٩. - ١٠٠ - المرافعات - تسجيل عقد الهبة. رجوع المورث الواهب فيه دون إتمام إجراءات التسجيل. أثره. بقاء ملكية العقار الموهوب للموهوب له ولا تعود للواهب. - تسجيل الحكم الصادر بفسخ عقد بيع العقار:-Original Arabic judgment citations
