Article 7 of Decree-Law 5 of 1959 concerning Real Estate Registration. - Transfer of ownership of the thing sold under the Majalla of Judicial Rules does not require registration:-

الحكم النهائي بفسخ العقد المسجل. إنتاج أثره بزوال الملكية. شرطه. تسجيله وإن حاز قوة الأمر المقضي. م ٧ من مرسوم بق ٥ لسنة ١٩٥٩ بشأن التسجيل العقاري. - انتقال ملكية المبيع في مجلة الأحكام العدلية لا يشترط فيها التسجيل:-Original Arabic judgment citations
