Transactions concerning company shares concluded on deferred terms that have not been registered. Inadmissibility of any action, claim or complaint concerning them before judicial, arbitral or investigative bodies before the lapse of two years from the effective date of Law 59/82, except in the case of minors. When this restriction ends and the ordinary judiciary regains its original jurisdiction to hear them.
