Determining the existence of standing in an action. A factual matter within the exclusive purview of the trial judge. - The statement of the capacity of the person bringing the action appearing in a particular place in its statement of claim. Not legally required. It is sufficient for it to appear in any subject therein in a manner that indicates that capacity.
