The relationship between the drawer and the payee of a bill of exchange. The drawee has no concern with it. Effect thereof. The person having standing to claim the amount of the bill of exchange. Its physical holder, whether the original payee or an endorsee. Temporarily deferring specification of the payee’s name, the drawer designating himself as payee, or designating a nominal payee solely for collection purposes. Permissible. Justifications for this.

العلاقة بين الساحب والمستفيد في الكمبيالة. لا شأن للمسحوب عليه بها. أثر ذلك . صاحب الصفة في المطالبة بقيمة الكمبيالة. حائزها حيازة مادية مستفيداً أصلياً كان أو مظهراً له. تأجيل بيان اسم المستفيد مؤقتاً أو أن يعين الساحب نفسه مستفيداً أو أن يعين مستفيداً ظاهرياً بغرض التحصيل فقط . جائز . مبررات ذلك.Original Arabic judgment citations
