Employment contract. It is permissible to agree therein to depart from any provision of the Labour Law. The condition for that. Establishment of a greater benefit or advantage for the worker. Standing to invoke it belongs to the worker, not the employer. - Challenging a judgment on a ground by a person without standing to raise it. Inadmissible.
