Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 927

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Two · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

Interest in an action. It is the practical benefit accruing to the person bringing the action from a judgment granting his claims. The action is inadmissible if the party or the legal position sought to be protected has not been subjected to an infringement or dispute justifying recourse to the courts.
Arabic original
