Establishment that the legal position he claims is that he never owed the debt at all, that his signature on the promissory note forming the subject of the appeal was forged, that he paid the amount specified in the order only under the pressure of compulsory enforcement and a travel ban, and that his appeal seeks release from the obligation of indebtedness from the outset. Its import. The judgment does not achieve his objective of a ruling that he is free of liability following rejection and invalidation of the instrument. Its effect.
