Challenging a lawyer's capacity to appear when the litigant acknowledges the agency. Unwarranted interference in the relationship between the persons concerned and their agents. - Issuance of a power of attorney by the representative of a legal person. Its validity and continuation are not affected by the cessation of that representative's capacity. A new power of attorney need not be issued by the new representative.
