An objection by a person outside the litigation is not a method of challenging judgments. Its true nature: intervention in the litigation after judgment has been rendered therein by a person authorized by the legislature. Conditions for its admissibility: the objector's proving fraud, collusion or gross negligence on the part of the person who represented him in the action. The right thereto remains unless extinguished by lapse of time. Admissibility of the objection. Its effect. Cessation of the judgment's binding authority. The limits thereof. - 250 - Civil Procedure
