A petition for reconsideration based on documents whose forgery was acknowledged or judicially established after its issuance. Its condition. Forgery of the document forming the basis of the judgment must be established by the opposing party's admission or by a judgment declaring it forged after that judgment and before the petition is filed. The reason: the petition is an end for correcting a judgment based on the forged document, not a means of establishing its forgery. The implication is that forgery may not be alleged in the reconsideration proceedings.
