The statement of claim in an action exceeding five thousand dinars in value, the appeal petition and the petition for reconsideration must be signed by a lawyer admitted before the court. Contravention entails nullity. Filing appeal petitions is prohibited unless they are signed by a lawyer admitted before the Court of Appeal; he need not conduct the appeal himself. - The lawyer's signature on the appeal petition. وجوب توقيع محام مقبول أمام المحكمة على صحيفة الدعوى التي تزيد قيمتها على خمسة آلاف دينار وصحيفة الطعن وصحيفة التماس إعادة النظر. مخالفة ذلك يترتب عليه البطلان. حظر تقديم صحف الاستئناف ما لم تكن موقعة من أحد المحامين المقبولين أمام الاستئناف ولا يشترط مباشرته الاستئناف بنفسه. - توقيع المحامي على صحيفة الاستئناف. لم يتطلب له المشرع وضعاً معيناً. شرط ذلك. - ٤١٣ - المرافعاتOriginal Arabic judgment citations
