State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The petition of an appeal brought by the Government and public institutions against judgments rendered in administrative actions must be signed by a member of the Department of Legal Advice and Legislation. No particular form is required for this signature, nor must it be made in a particular manner clearly revealing the signatory's name. The signature is presumed to have been made by the person to whom it is attributed. The challenged judgment's adherence to this view and its ruling rejecting the plea of nullity of the petition. Correct in law. Example. 2- Deposit of appeal security:-
