Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 3200
State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office
English translation of the principle
An appellant may not be prejudiced by his appeal. Example: the appellate judgment may not address the respondent's contention that the judgment is invalid because it adjudicated substantive claims before payment of the fees due on them, after ruling that her principal appeal was inadmissible and her incidental appeal impermissible.
Arabic original
Original Arabic judgment citations
