A guardian’s obstruction of a girl’s marriage and refusal to marry her off without valid reason. Its effect. The meaning thereof: the existence of obstruction by the wife’s guardian must be verified before the judge orders her marriage. Completion of the marriage without the guardian. Its meaning: absence of obstruction. The marriage is considered void. Its implication: the challenged judgment’s ruling that the marriage is void is therefore correct.
