Conclusion of a valid marriage. Its condition. Offer by the wife's guardian and acceptance by the husband or by those acting in their stead. - The statutory provision is unrestricted in specifying who has guardianship authority to conclude the marriage contract of a virgin between puberty and completion of the twenty-fifth year, or a previously married woman who has attained twenty-five. Its implication. There is no room for restricting it. Construing it as specifying the guardians for marrying a virgin between puberty and twenty-five. Incorrect. The reason: the legislature did not so intend. - The legislature's intention to designate the guardian. Its implication. This must be expressly stipulated at a specific place in the law.
