Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 3474

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The law has prescribed no particular form for an order on petition assessing the fees of an action other than that it be issued in writing by the president of the panel that issued it. Stating the name of the judge who issued it. Not necessary. His signature upon it suffices for the signature to constitute a presumption of its validity and of its issuance by him.
