An employee suspended from work because of his imprisonment in execution of a judicial judgment. When he is deprived of his entire salary: if the imprisonment is in execution of a final judgment. In the case of a non-final judgment, payment of three quarters of - 673 - Civil Procedure the salary is suspended.
