Termination of a lawyer's agency. Its effect. The lawyer is obliged to return the power of attorney and original documents to the client even if the lawyer has not received the fees. The lawyer may only retain them until the latter pays the expenses of obtaining copies thereof suitable as supporting documents in claiming those fees.
