Judicial principle — Kuwait Court of Cassation

Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 682

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The court of merits need not expressly address a plea raised before it where the reasons for its judgment serve as implicit reasons for rejecting the plea. Challenging the judgment on the assertion that it did not respond to the plea is not valid. Example concerning a plea that the action is inadmissible because it was brought. By a female party lacking standing.
