Distribution contract. Its nature: a contract under which a trader undertakes to promote and distribute the products of an industrial or commercial establishment in a specified area, provided that the trader is their sole distributor. Its implication. The provisions regulating contract agency apply to distribution agency. - The principal may engage more than one distribution agent in the same area and for the same branch of activity. The contracting parties may agree on a sole distributor in the area. The rationale. Article 273/1 of the Commercial Law. - Admission made by the agent and its ratification by the principal:-

عقد التوزيع. ماهيته: عقد يلتزم فيه التاجر بترويج وتوزيع منتجات منشأة صناعية أو تجارية في منطقة معينة بشرط أن يكون هو الموزع الوحيد لها. مفاده. سريان أحكام تنظيم وكالة العقود على وكالة التوزيع. - للموكل أن يستعين بأكثر من وكيل توزيع في ذات المنطقة ولذات الفرع من النشاط. لطرفي العقد الاتفاق على موزع وحيد في المنطقة. علة ذلك. م٢٧٣/١ ق التجارة. - الإقرار الصادر عن الوكيل وأجازته من الموكل:-Original Arabic judgment citations
