English translation of the principle

Summary: - An error in the name of the expert appointed in the case. A clerical error. Of no consequence. What matters is the actual reality. Rule: The minutes of the appellate trial hearing dated 18/1/2012 show that the court heard the testimony of expert ..................., a member of the committee of experts appointed in the case, as established by its report attached to the appeal file, and that mentioning the name of expert ............... in the reasons for the challenged judgment resulted merely from a clerical error. Since it is established that a clerical error is of no consequence and that what matters is the actual reality concerning it, the appellant's contention in this regard is inadmissible.
