Rule: What the appellant raises concerning the inadequacy of the Public Prosecution’s investigations because it did not question the officer involved in the incident about the person who was present with the appellant when he was arrested and searched, and because that officer did not search that person as he was leaving the appellant’s diwaniya and released him without bringing him before the Public Prosecution, amounts to no more than criticism of the procedures and investigations preceding trial, which does not constitute a valid ground for challenging the judgment. The complaint against the judgment in this respect is therefore unfounded.
