Prohibition on a non-Kuwaiti engaging in trade individually. Exception. Funds and precious metals deposited by a non-Kuwaiti with banks and companies, if this falls within the company's objects. Applicability thereof to previous transactions. Its inclusion of all companies. - A special provision does not repeal a general provision but constitutes an exception thereto.

حظر اشتغال غير الكويتي بالتجارة منفرداً. الاستثناء. ما يودعه غير الكويتي من أموال ومعادن ثمينة لدى البنوك والشركات إذا كان يدخل ضمن أغراض الشركة. سريان ذلك على المعاملات السابقة. شمول ذلك كافة الشركات. - النص الخاص لا يلغى النص العام بل يستثنى منه.Original Arabic judgment citations
