A judgment declaring bankruptcy. Its effect: the judgment must be recorded in the commercial register, and the bankruptcy administrator must publish a summary thereof in the Official Gazette and register the summary in the name of the body of creditors at the Commercial Registry Office. Article 569/1, 2 of the Commercial Law.
