The arbitration panel for disputes concerning company shares transacted on a forward basis has exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate these disputes and the claims arising therefrom, including those relating to rights established by the means of payment specific to those transactions. The plea that the right established by these instruments relates to the aforementioned transactions. A plea concerning public order.

هيئة التحكيم في منازعات أسهم الشركات التي تمت بالأجل اختصاصها دون غيرهها بولاية الفصل في هذه المنازعات وبالمطالبات التي ترتبت عليها ومنها المتعلقة بالحقوق الثابتة بوسائل الدفع الخاصة بتلك المعاملات. الدفع بتعلق الحق الثابت بهذه الصكوك بالمعاملات المذكورة. دفع يتعلق بالنظام العام.Original Arabic judgment citations
