Transactions concerning company shares concluded on a deferred basis that were not registered. No action, claim, or complaint concerning them is admissible before judicial, arbitration, or investigation bodies before the lapse of two years from the date Law 59/82 entered into force, except in the case of minors. When this restriction ends and the ordinary judiciary regains its original jurisdiction to hear them.
