English translation of the principle
Amicable liquidation of forward share transactions registered pursuant to the Decree concerning 57/1982. The Office for the Liquidation of Forward Share Transactions has jurisdiction over them and may evaluate the assets of those referred to it because of these transactions, and administer, liquidate, monitor, and implement settlements and bankruptcies by statutory representation after every settlement or composition to prevent bankruptcy.
