Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1766

Disputes concerning shares traded on deferred-payment terms and debtors referred for declaration of bankruptcy, and related or connected actions concerning debts of their creditors not registered with the Clearing Company. The legislature subjected them to special litigation procedures, designating a circuit composed of three judges to decide them by a final judgment not subject to appeal. Reason therefor: to resolve the dispute finally and shorten litigation procedures and their duration.
