The possessor of mortgaged real property. His payment of the secured debt or part thereof to the mortgage creditor. Its effect. Such subrogation includes the mortgage over the possessor’s own real property, so that he may validly be mortgagee of his own property. - Mortgage creditors and holders of judicial security rights and real-property preferential rights.
