دعوى إثبات الحالة. انتهاؤها بمجرد فراغ المحكمة من اتخاذ الإجراء التحفظي المطلوب فيها بإيداع الخبير تقريره. قضاء المحكمة بانتهاء الدعوى. لا يعد فصلاً في خصومة. الزامه الطاعنة بالمصروفات يُوجب تمييزه جزئياً.Original Arabic judgment citations
