English translation of the principle

Payments into a current account. They lose their separate identity in the account, resulting in a single debt ascertained upon closure of the account. This is confined to the relationship between the customer, even if multiple, and the bank. The relationship between the holders of a joint account. Its subjection to the parties’ agreement concerning it as regards the purpose of opening it, what each undertakes to deposit in it, what each actually deposited, and the uses to which these deposits or the parties’ withdrawals were put. Closure of the account. Its effect. Settlement of the relationship concerning it on the basis of what each deposited separately in the account, without regard to any particular deposit, unless it is established that this deposit differs from what the depositor undertook to deposit. Contravention thereof. Error in the application of the law.
