The debtor’s acknowledgment of his creditor’s right by any expression of intention binding upon him. Its effect. Interruption of prescription and elimination of its effect. Commencement of a new prescription period of the same length as the interrupted prescription from the time the acknowledgment is made. - The effect of interruption of prescription on calculation of the period:-
