The consignee's receipt of the goods from the carrier without reservation. Effect thereof. Forfeiture of his right of recourse against the carrier. What protects this right from forfeiture: recording the condition of the goods and bringing the action within thirty days. Article 178, Commercial Code. - Third parties' recourse against the insured:-
