Brokerage. Its nature. A contract whereby a broker undertakes to a person to search for a second party to conclude a particular contract and to mediate its conclusion in return for remuneration, without having any involvement in what has been contracted for. - The broker does not represent either contracting party and does not sign the contract as a party thereto. السمسرة. ماهيتها. عقد يتعهد بموجبه السمسار لشخص بالبحث عن طرف ثان لإبرام عقد معين والتوسط لإبرامه في مقابل أجر ودون أن يكون له شأن فيما تم التعاقد عليه. - السمسار لا يمثل أحد المتعاقدين ولا يوقع على العقد بوصفه طرفاً فيه. (٥) عمولةOriginal Arabic judgment citations
