English translation of the principle
Bank transfer. Its definition: the bank's posting of an amount from one customer's account to another account at his request. - The beneficiary's submission of the bank transfer order to the bank instead of the applicant. Its effect. The applicant may not revoke the transfer order except in the event of the beneficiary's bankruptcy. - The beneficiary's right against the bank is independent of the latter's relationship with its customer, the applicant. Its implication: the bank incurs liability for its delay in carrying out the transfer and remittance until the applicant was able to withdraw his money.
