English translation of the principle
The general rule is that the endorser of a cheque guarantees to the endorsee and every subsequent holder the existence of the right evidenced by the cheque and its payment on the due date. The endorser may stipulate exemption from liability for payment of the cheque. The endorser may prove this condition by all means of proof.

الأصل أن المظهر للشيك ضامن للمظهر له ولكل حامل يليه في وجود الحق الثابت بالشيك ووفائه في ميعاد الاستحقاق. يجوز للمظهر أن يشترط اعضائه من المسئولية عن الوفاء بالشيك. له إثبات هذا الشرط بكافة طرق الإثبات.Original Arabic judgment citations
