English translation of the principle
Obliging the insurer to cover civil liability for the amount of compensation awarded. The requirement to pay compensation within ten days from the date of notification to it of the judgment. Does not mean that this compensation must be awarded by a judicial judgment. Its purpose is to urge the insurer to pay the compensation amount as quickly as possible if a judicial judgment awards it. - Determination of compensation based on an agreement between the insurer and the injured party, provided that it does not exceed the Sharia blood money due and the heads of damage giving rise to it. - Impermissibility of combining the insurance sum with compensation:-

الزام المؤمن بتغطية المسئولية المدنية عن قيمة ما يحكم به من تعويض. وجوب سداد التعويض خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ إبلاغه الحكم. لا يعني أن هذا التعويض يجب أن يصدر به حكم قضائي. الهدف منه حث المؤمن على سداد قيمة التعويض في أسرع وقت ممكن إذا ما صدر به حكم قضائي. - تحديد التعويض بناء على اتفاق ما بين المؤمن والمضرور بشرط ألا يتجاوز الدية الشرعية المستحقة وعناصر الضرر الموجبة له. - عدم جواز الجمع بين مبلغ التأمين وبين التعويض:-Original Arabic judgment citations
