English translation
If the price at which the auction is adjudicated exceeds what is due to creditors whose rights are registered, the excess shall belong to the third-party possessor, and creditors holding mortgages granted by that possessor may satisfy their rights out of this excess.

إذا زاد الثمن الذي رسا به المزاد على ما هو مستحق للدائنين المقيدة حقوقهم،
كانت الزيادة للحائز وكان للدائنين المرتهنين من الحائز أن يستوفوا حقوقهم من
