English translation
If the mortgaged property is sold compulsorily, even after procedures for purging encumbrances or relinquishment have been taken, and the auction is awarded to the third-party possessor, he shall be deemed owner of the property under his original title deed. The property shall be purged of every registered right if the third-party possessor pays the price at which the auction was awarded.
