Article 1015 of Civil Code

1 - Relinquishment of the mortgaged immovable property shall be effected by a declaration submitted by the third-party possessor to the Registry of the Court of First Instance, and he must notify the creditor conducting the proceedings of this relinquishment within five days from the time of its declaration. 2 - Any person having an interest in expedition may request the judge of urgent matters to appoint a receiver against whom enforcement proceedings shall be taken, and the third-party possessor shall be appointed receiver if he so requests.
