English translation
If sale of the immovable is not requested within the specified time and in the prescribed manner, or sale is requested but no price higher than that offered by the third-party possessor is bid at auction, ownership of the immovable shall definitively vest in that possessor if he deposits the amount he offered with the treasury of the Enforcement Department.

إذا لم يطلب بيع العقار في الميعاد المحدد وبالأوضاع المقررة، أو طلب البيع ولكن لم
يعرض في المزاد ثمن أعلى مما عرضه الحائز ، استقرت ملكية العقار نهائيا لهذا الحائز
