English translation
The formal mortgage shall be extinguished upon extinguishment of the secured debt and shall revive with it if the cause by which the debt was extinguished ceases to exist, without prejudice to rights that third parties in good faith may have acquired during the period between the extinguishment of the debt and its revival.

ينقضي الرهن الرسمي بانقضاء الدين المضمون، ويعود معه إذا زال السبب الذي
انقضى به الدين دون إخلال بالحقوق التي يكون الغير حسن النية قد كسبها في
