English translation
If the pledged property returns to the pledgor's possession, the pledge shall be extinguished, unless the pledge creditor proves that the return was for a reason not intended to extinguish the pledge, all without prejudice to the rights of third parties acting in good faith.

إذا رجع المرهون إلى حيازة الراهن انقضى الرهن، إلا إذا اثبت الدائن المرتهن أن
الرجوع كان بسبب لا يقصد به انقضاء الرهن كل هذا دون إخلال بحقوق الغير
