English translation
If the property has devolved upon the minor by way of a testamentary disposition or donation, and the testator or donor stipulated that the guardian must not dispose of it, the latter may not undertake the prohibited disposition except when necessity requires it, and subject to the court’s permission.

إذا كان المال قد آل إلى الصغير بطريق الوصية أو التبرع, واشترط الموصي أو المتبرع
عدم تصرف الولي فيه، فإنه لا يجوز لهذا الأخير إجراء التصرف الممنوع عليه, إلا
