1 - The guardian may not make donations from the minor's property. 2 - However, if the minor's property is ample, the guardian may make donations from it that do not unduly burden him, if this is for a family or humanitarian purpose and subject to the court's permission.

٢ - ومع ذلك إذا كان في مال الصغير سعة، فإنه يجوز للولي أن يتبرع بمال الصغير
