English translation
The guardian may not, without the court's permission, sell the minor's immovable property or commercial establishment, or lease it to himself, his spouse, or relatives of either of them up to the third degree.

ليس للولي، بغير إذن المحكمة، أن يبيع عقار الصغير أو محله التجاري أو أن يؤجره
