1 - The natural guardian may undertake, on behalf of his minor ward, dispositions that are purely beneficial to the latter. 2 - If a donation to the minor is coupled with a charge, the natural guardian may not accept it on his behalf without the court's permission.

١ - للولي أن يجري عن صغيره التصرفات النافعة له نفعا محضا.
٢ - وإذا كان التبرع للصغير مقترنا بتكليف، فإنه لا يسوغ للولي قبوله عنه بغير إذن
