١ - يعتبر السبب المذكور في العقد هو السبب الحقيقي ، ما لم يقم الدليل على غير
ذلك.
٢ - وإذا ثبتت صورية السبب, كان على من يدعي أن للالتزام سببا آخر مشـروعــا
أن يقيم الدليل على صحـة مـا يدعيه.
