English translation
1 - The court may not order the annulment of a voidable contract except upon the application of the person in whose interest the law provides for annulment. 2 - If a ground for annulment exists and is invoked by the person in whose interest it is provided, the court must order annulment, unless the law provides otherwise.

١- لا يجوز للمحكمة أن تقضي بإبطال العقد القابل للإبطال ، إلا بناء على طلب
من يقرر القانون الإبطال لمصلحته.
٢ - وإذا قام سبب الإبطال, وتمسك به من تقرر لمصلحته، تعين على المحكمة القضاء
